AIR RELAX SYSTEM FAQ

AIR RELAX SETTINGS, MODES AND PRESSURE

The Air Relax is an air compression device with multiple chambers that compress in succession. Our system increases blood flow through your muscles, which has been shown to aid with sports and other recovery, similar to the effects of a professional massage.

After fitting both legs into thigh-high cuffs, just sit or lay on a flat surface of a bed, floor or couch and let the technology do the work. The leg cuffs have hoses that connect to the air compressor. Once the compressor is turned on, the air chambers in each leg cuff fill up with air in the sequence you choose, gradually compressing each muscle group in the legs and feet and then repeating.  You may choose the compression sequence you like the most. Massage therapy will increase circulation and will flush lactic acid from a users legs after a tough workout or standing for long periods.

AIR RELAX SETTINGS, MODES AND PRESSURE

Air Relax System has 5 different settings ("A", "B", "C" , "POINT" , "AUTO" ). You can choose one of those modes.

Press the "MODE" button once to change the mode.

"A'' mode inflates and deflates the chambers from the bottom up, one at a time.

"B" mode also inflates the chambers from the bottom up, but maintains the pressure in the lowers chambers as it works its way to the top.

"C" mode maintains pressure in all chambers at once, and then releases.

"AUTO" function starts when it's pressed during the operation. "AUTO" program combines "MODE" (A, B, C) and "POINT.  Pressure Level 3 will run by default. You may change it.

"POINT mode can target a specific section to inflate and deflate repeatedly.

Pressure range is 0-230 mmHG. There are 4 pressure levels, which can be selected by pressing the button during operation.

Level 1: 0-60 mmHg

Level 2: 60-120 mmHg

Level 3: 120-180 mmHg

Level 4: 180-230 mmHg

Air Relax Maintenance and Troubleshooting

-Please see the User Manual, Page 06.

Check if it is a power failure. Wait until power is on. Check if power cord connected, plug it in if not. The device is checked (plugged in) prior to shipping.

Press ON/OFF button again. The machine is designed to run a full 15 minutes session.

We recommend purchasing the correct power voltage. The 110V system for US customers and 220V for Europe. Some converters convert  only the voltage. In some countries both the voltage and frequency is required. Please make sure you are aware of the Voltage and Hertz (frequency) requirements in your location. Using the incorrect power converter can damage your machine and is not covered under warranty.

Try to flip the hose plug around that goes into the air socket. You would normally see the word “TOP” after plugging it into the air socket. Plug it in with the word top on the bottom.

Spread out the folded hoses. Check ALL hose connections

Move it to the flat surface. Flip the machine handle forward.

Yes, a (1) one year warranty.

How to use Air Relax Accessories?

You can use your leg cuffs on the legs only. Please do not use on your hands or other parts of your body. Please use other accessories like an arm cuff or a waist cuff to massage your arms / waist / lower back / glutes / torso / hips accordingly.

  •  Wrap it around your waist / lower back / hips or glutes. Use the Velcro to secure it around you.
  •  Make sure you don't wrap it too tight. There should be some space left, so the cuff could inflate and don't squeeze you too much.
  •  You want to be in an upright position if the placement of the cuff is high and reclined if the placement is lower on the waist and lower back.
  • You can be on a lying down position.
  •  Recommended mode for the waist cuff is Mode C. However you can always try different modes and pressure.

What Level of Pressure to Select?

🗸  Select a massage pressure Level 1 ONLY.

🗸 DO NOT use pressure over Level 1 with the Air Relax Arm Cuff.

Reasons:

- The arm sleeve compresses very close to your heart.

- The ecchymosis (redness), skin irritation or bruise may occur.

🗸  By default, the AUTO mode will run on pressure Level 3, change it to pressure Level 1.

1.    Insert the arm into the Arm Cuff, so the zipper stays on top of your arm.

2.    Pull the sleeve over your shoulder leaving a 1̎- 2̎ space between your neck and the sleeve, and 1̎ - 2̎ space between your armpit and the sleeve to avoid skin pinching.

3.    Wrap the fastening strap around the torso, under the free arm.

4.    Fasten the strap at the torso. Adjust the length by pulling on the buckle for a comfortable fit.

Step 4. (Body Position)
