U.S. Shipping Services
Delivery Times: We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the processing time to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Three days means three business days (not counting the day of pickup). Please note that the UPS, USPS and FedEx Service Guarantee apply only to business days, and excludes weekends, holidays, and any delays that occur beyond the control of UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.
- Standard Process U.S.: 3 to 6 business days
- Expedited Process U.S.: 2 to 4 business days
- Express 2nd Day U.S.: 2nd Day (Cut-off Times: 1 P.M. PT)
- We do not offer Next Day shipping (Overnight)
Standard process deliveries may take longer up to 25 business days for AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Selecting Express or Expedited process shipping does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in two or three days. There is no weekend pick-up or delivery during holiday and weekends. Qualifying orders must be placed before the deadline displayed on the shipment web-page and shipped to an eligible address. If the order is placed after the deadline, your order will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 1 P.M. PT Friday via this method cannot be shipped on the weekend.

Shipping Rate: Shipping charges will vary based on origin, destination, service, and package weight. Rates include freight plus handling and packaging, as well as the actual postage required.
When you select express or expedited process shipping, we may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.
Shipping Methods and Carriers: We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address. It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order.
Shipping to P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses. Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited. Some items are too big to ship to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a street address.
Tracking Numbers: We use tracking numbers to identify and trace every shipment as it moves through the UPS, USPS, and FedEx system to its destination.
If you don't see any tracking data for your shipment, and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned. This is common when shipping volume is high and packages are processed in bulk. Your package is still within the UPS, USPS, and FedEx network unless otherwise noted, should be delivered on the Scheduled Delivery Date.
Exception Notification: Estimated delivery date has passed. Your shipment is currently within the UPS, USPS, and FedEx network; however, an unforeseen event has occurred which could result in a change to the Scheduled Delivery Date.
Carrier schedules are subject to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to airline deliveries unavailability of, or refusal of, a person to accept delivery of the shipment, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, civil commotion, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks, such as weather phenomena, and natural disasters.
If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
If the tracking information indicates the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, it may have been undeliverable. Please contact the carrier below.

Required Signatures: For your protection, we require a signature for all shipments totaling more than $500 as well as for orders being shipped to apartments and businesses. If you are not available to sign for your package, we cannot ensure next-day delivery.
Back Order: Your order will typically be delivered in 3 to 8 business days, In the case of a back order; we will notify you within 3 business days. Please contact customer service representative if you need your product delivery expedited or if you have any additional questions.
International Shipping Services
Delivery Times: Most of items can be shipped to almost all destinations in more than 150 countries and territories worldwide. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the processing time to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below.
- Postal Service Standard International: 7 to 25 business days
- UPS Worldwide Express International: 3 to 7 business days
- DHL Worldwide Express International: 3 to 7 business days
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Shipping Rate: Shipping charges will vary based on origin, destination, service, and package weight. Rates include freight plus handling and packaging, as well as the actual postage required. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Limitations: For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Privacy: Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
